In short

• There is no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. Your progress, buttons, cats, upgrades, collection and settings stay on your device.
• The app contains no analytics tools. We do not receive your game data.
• Ads (a banner on menu screens, an interstitial right after you finish a chapter, and rewarded ads you choose to watch) are served by Google AdMob. Google collects device identifiers, your IP address and similar data (section 3).
• After the first (guided) run, the app asks once whether it may track you, before any ad is loaded. The game plays the same either way.
• Apple processes in-app purchases. We never receive your payment details (section 4).
• If you e-mail us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them one year after we reply.

1. Who we are (controller)

2. Data we handle ourselves

• Game data: progress, buttons, cats, upgrades, collection and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.
• Support e-mails: if you write to us, we receive your e-mail address, your name if your mail shows it, your message and anything you include (for example device model, iOS version, screenshots or a purchase receipt). We use it only to answer you and keep a record of the request.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Rewarded ads play only when you tap a button to watch one. When the app starts and when an ad is requested or shown, the SDK automatically collects the following and sends it to Google over an encrypted connection (TLS):

• device and advertising identifiers: the IDFA only if you allow tracking, and app- or developer-scoped device identifiers;
• your IP address, which is used to estimate your approximate location;
• device information such as model, OS version, language and screen size;
• app interactions such as app launches, ad impressions, clicks and video views, and the ads you have seen;
• diagnostics such as app launch time and crash logs of the SDK.

Google uses this data to show ads (personalised ads only where allowed), measure ads and prevent fraud. For this data Google acts as an independent controller. We only see aggregated reports, such as impressions and earnings, that do not identify you. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Ads are requested with the General maximum ad content rating.

4. In-app purchases

Remove Ads, the Starter Pack, Golden Button, Button Bundles and the Costume Pack are sold as App Store in-app purchases. Apple processes payment, receipts and refunds; we never receive your payment method or Apple account details. To deliver what you bought and avoid delivering it twice, the app records the transaction ID, product and purchase time that Apple (StoreKit) gives it, on your device only. With each purchase request the app sends Apple a random number created for this installation, so that a purchase made on another device is not delivered twice; it is not linked to your name or contact details. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase does not show up, tap Restore Purchases in the shop, or contact us.

5. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

• Ads: your consent, collected through Google's consent message shown after the first run, for storing or accessing information on your device and for personalised ads. If you do not consent, Google may still serve non-personalised or limited ads on the legal bases described in its own policies.
• Support e-mails: our legitimate interest in answering your request.

6. Your choices and how to opt out

• Tracking (iPhone): the app asks once, on the result screen of the first run, before any ad is loaded. If you do not allow tracking, ads are served without the advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• EEA, UK, Switzerland and some US states: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message appears right after the tracking question, after the first run. There, and in US states where the law requires it, you can change your choice, withdraw consent or opt out at any time from the ad privacy entry in the app's settings. This entry appears only where it applies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

The game works the same whatever you choose; ads may just be less relevant.

7. International transfers

We are based in the Republic of Korea. Google processes ad data and this website's access logs in the United States and other countries, relying on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) and on Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention and deletion

• Support e-mails: deleted one year after we reply, unless we must keep them longer for a legal claim.
• Game data and purchase records: stay on your device until you delete the app or its data. We keep no copies.
• Ad data: kept by Google under its retention policy.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a copy, and withdraw consent at any time. For the support e-mails we hold, write to tuche24@naver.com; we will reply within 10 days. We cannot identify you from ad data, so use the choices in section 6 or contact Google directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. US state privacy rights

Some US state laws treat giving device identifiers to an ad network for targeted ads as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as "targeted advertising". You can opt out through the ad privacy entry in the app where it is shown, or by not allowing tracking on iOS. You can also ask us about, or ask us to delete, the support e-mails we hold. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

11. Children

The app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country (14 in Korea). Ads are requested with the General maximum ad content rating. If you are a parent and believe your child's data has been processed, contact us. We will delete any support e-mails we hold without delay, and help you delete the app, turn off tracking (section 6) and contact Google through its privacy form.

12. Security

All data the ad SDK sends and all traffic to this website is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). We run no server and store no game data outside your device. Only the developer can open the support mailbox, which is protected with two-step verification. The third parties that receive data through the app or this website — Google (AdMob and Firebase Hosting) and our e-mail provider — provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy.

13. This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or ads. Our host, Google Firebase Hosting, may process access logs (IP address, browser details, time of access) for security and to deliver the pages.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy takes effect on 2026-10-07. We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for significant changes).
